100 Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you don’t absolutely love your BIOSx compression socks, simply return them within 100 days of purchase for a full refund. Please note:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Taxes, duties, and other charges are non-refundable.

To Initiate a return, contact us at support@biosx.com.au with your order reference number, and we’ll guide you through the process.

Parcel Return Steps

To ensure a smooth return process, please follow these steps:

1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping packaging.
2. Include the packing list or order details in the parcel.
3. Securely tape the parcel closed.
4. Post your parcel using your preferred shipping method.
5. We are not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We strongly recommend using a tracked and/or insured postal service.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you’d like a different product, please return your item(s) and place a new order through our website.

Refunds

Once we receive and accept your return, a refund will be processed within 14 days. You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Refunds will be made to your original payment method.
If you made your purchase using a gift card, please contact us at support@biosx.com.au for assistance in obtaining a new voucher.

Before your parcel leaves our stockroom, it has been personally checked by one of our team members. If you, unfortunately, still received an item classified as faulty or damaged, please inform us within 100 days after receiving your order at support@biosx.com.au in order to be eligible for alternatives such as exchanges, refunds or repairs. Please accompany this request with your order number and (if needed) images to clarify the reason of this request.
