Our Origins
Why should anyone have to choose between comfort, performance, style, and sustainability?
That question became personal when co-founder Dina experienced severe swelling during pregnancy. She needed compression socks—but everything on the market was either dull, uncomfortable, or made with synthetic fabrics she didn’t feel good wearing. Nothing felt like her.
Frustrated but inspired, Dina teamed up with her husband Harry, whose background in high-performance sports compression gave them the edge to do something different. With Dina’s eye for fashion and design, and Harry’s knowledge of performance and innovation, they set out to reimagine what compression could be.
After years in the industry, they realised the market was missing something vital: compression socks that actually work, look good, and align with your values. BIOSx was born—to prove you really can have it all.
