For the perfect fit, take a quick measurement of the widest part of your calf. Our compression socks are expertly designed to provide the ideal level of compression for their purpose. If your calf measurement is between sizes, go with how you prefer your compression socks to feel. If you prefer a firmer compression, go with the smaller size.

Care & Maintenance Guide

Proper care ensures your BIOSx compression socks last longer and continue delivering maximum comfort and performance.

Washing Instructions:

• For best results, hand wash after each use to maintain durability.
• Prefer machine washing? Use a gentle warm cycle (max 30ºC) with similar colours.
• Bonus points for placing them in a mesh laundry bag and selecting the hand-wash setting.

Drying Tips:

• Avoid wringing them out—give them a gentle squeeze to remove excess water.
• Air drying is ideal, but if you’re in a pinch, tumble dry on low heat (below 30ºC).
• Pro tip: As socks age, a short tumble-dry session can help shrink the elastic fibers and restore optimal compression.
• Never dry in direct sunlight or on heaters/radiators—this can damage the elastic fibers.

Detergents:

• Stick to mild detergents only.
• Avoid fabric softeners and never use bleach.

Compression Lifespan:

• Over time, elastic fibres naturally wear down. Replace your socks at least every 6 months to maintain proper compression and support.
