BIOSx estimated delivery times and shipping fees vary by destination. We aim to deliver your orders within 5 business days, with express shipping options, including next-day and two-day delivery, available in select regions.

You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please double-check your shipping address to ensure it is accurate. Any additional shipping costs due to incorrect address details will be the customer's responsibility.

Your packages will be shipped via premium courier services. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

• All BIOSx orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia.
• BIOSx offers free Australia & New Zealand shipping on orders over $75 AUD.
• Customers within Australia will not be charged additional duties upon delivery.
• International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties, or import fees. Please consult your local customs office for details.
• BIOSx is not responsible for additional transactional fees, taxes, or customs charges that may apply.
• Orders are dispatched on business days only (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed the next business day.
