Care & Maintenance Guide

Proper care ensures your BIOSx compression socks last longer and continue delivering maximum comfort and performance.

Washing Instructions:

• For best results, hand wash after each use to maintain durability.
• Prefer machine washing? Use a gentle warm cycle (max 30ºC) with similar colours.
• Bonus points for placing them in a mesh laundry bag and selecting the hand-wash setting.

Drying Tips:

• Avoid wringing them out—give them a gentle squeeze to remove excess water.
• Air drying is ideal, but if you’re in a pinch, tumble dry on low heat (below 30ºC).
• Pro tip: As socks age, a short tumble-dry session can help shrink the elastic fibers and restore optimal compression.
• Never dry in direct sunlight or on heaters/radiators—this can damage the elastic fibers.

Detergents:

• Stick to mild detergents only.
• Avoid fabric softeners and never use bleach.

Compression Lifespan:

• Over time, elastic fibres naturally wear down. Replace your socks at least every 6 months to maintain proper compression and support.
