If your calf measurement is between sizes, go with how you prefer your compression socks to feel. If you prefer a firmer compression, go with the smaller size.

Proper care ensures your BIOSx compression socks last longer and continue delivering maximum comfort and performance.

Washing Instructions:

For best results, hand wash after each use to maintain durability.
Prefer machine washing? Use a gentle warm cycle (max 30ºC) with similar colours.
Bonus points for placing them in a mesh laundry bag and selecting the hand-wash setting.

Drying Tips:

Avoid wringing them out—give them a gentle squeeze to remove excess water.
Air drying is ideal, but if you’re in a pinch, tumble dry on low heat (below 30ºC).
Pro tip: As socks age, a short tumble-dry session can help shrink the elastic fibers and restore optimal compression.
Never dry in direct sunlight or on heaters/radiators—this can damage the elastic fibers.

Detergents:

Stick to mild detergents only.
Avoid fabric softeners and never use bleach.

Compression Lifespan:

Over time, elastic fibres naturally wear down. Replace your socks at least every 6 months to maintain proper compression and support.
